All attendees must follow our Code of Conduct and any safety instructions from event organisers.
KGS promotes an inclusive, welcoming environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
You attend events at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings.

6. Photos and Media

KGS may take photos or videos during events for promotional use (e.g., website or social media).
If you do not wish to appear in photos, please inform an organiser at the event.
All intellectual property (including website content and images) belongs to KGS unless otherwise stated.

7. Liability

KGS is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not responsible for any technical issues or data loss.
