Host an Event with KGS
Kirkcaldy Gaming Society has hosted board, card, miniature and social gaming events since we started in 2023
So if you want to see an event happen at the KGS, either encourage others to organise it or do it yourself!
If you have never hosted an event before, there are a few things to keep in mind

We provide the space and furniture required for you to host the event.

Events for board, card, and miniature games are all sharing space with other games on the day. So we might not be able to host the event when you want to. We will make every effort to fit you in though!

For Miniature games, we can provide terrain from our Library but if you need anything specific you will need to bring it yourself.

If you wish to use any of Battle Lounge Fife equipment you must clear this with Robert Allan first.

If you wish to run a normal day game or a RPG campaign you do not need to fill out the below. Look for players and get gaming.

We can only host events during the times we have access to the Hive.

We will get back to you within 72 hours from submission of the form.

If your event is in less than 4 weeks, we may not be able to assist you.
