Event Location: The Hive, LGBTQ+ Community Centre, 10 Whytescauseway, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY1 1XF

Cost:  £5 per participant, £3 for under 18s (Pay on the day)

Join us for a day of miniature building and Bolt Action gaming – perfect for beginners and hobbyists alike! Schedule:

• 12:30 PM – Miniature Building

  • We’ll have 4 model packs: 2 American and 2 German sets.

  • Each pack can build 2 five-man squads, an officer, and an extra figure.

• 2:00 PM till 6pm – Learn-to-Play Demos

  • Demos use simplified rules to teach you the core mechanics of the game.

  • All essential tokens, order dice, and pin markers will be provided.

What to Bring:

• Your own hobby tools (glue, knife, tape) and a handful of D6 dice.

Already have your own minis but never played? Come along anyway! It’s a great opportunity to learn and meet players.

We have 2 types of tickets available for this event, for those with minis and for those who don’t and want to try building one of the model packs that we have on the day.

Space is limited for the models and for those with those tickets it is first come, first serve as to what set you get to build.

Parking and Transport: Free carpark is available by the Town House and the Train Station. Alternatively full-day paid carpark is available in the Kirkcaldy Esplanade area.

Food: Food is available in the local area from various shops in the city centre. Please consider bringing your own food.
